Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum, and nothing added at checkout.

Made to order

Every piece is made after you order it. Your pet's name is cut individually, so nothing is pulled off a shelf. Production takes 3-5 business days.

Delivery

Once it ships, delivery is typically 2-5 business days by USPS. Most orders arrive about a week after you place them.

Your order is made and shipped from our production partner in Lutz, Florida.

Tracking

You'll get tracking by email when your order ships. It can take a day or two to show its first scan. If it hasn't updated after a week, email us and we'll look into it.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived 14 business days after shipping, contact us. We'll remake it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. We can change it before an order enters production, but once it ships we can't reroute it. Orders returned to sender can be reshipped at cost or refunded.
