Clevergoods is an online store. We don't have a shopfront, so email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel we monitor.

Email clevergoods.store@gmail.com for anything at all — order questions, a spelling you need changed, delivery updates, or a problem with something you received.

We reply within 1-2 business days. If your order arrived damaged or the name is wrong, attach a photo and we can usually resolve it in a single reply, without asking you to send anything back.

Before you write

Please include your order number if you have one. It's in your confirmation email and it lets us find you immediately.

Changing a name after ordering

If you spot a typo, email us straight away. We can usually change it if production hasn't started — that window is short, so don't wait.
