Spotted a typo in the name?

Email us straight away. We cut the name exactly as it was entered, so if something's wrong we want to catch it before production starts. That window is short — usually a few hours — so don't wait.

Something arrived wrong or damaged?

Send a photo with your order number. We'll remake it or refund you in full, and in most cases we won't ask you to send anything back.

Where to find your order number

It's in your confirmation email. Including it lets us find you immediately.

Where we ship

Within the United States. Everything is made to order in Lutz, Florida, and most orders arrive about a week after you place them.
